Vassil Shopov, Managing Director of the company, is Administrator of the Association for Bulgaria, and Ilonka Markova – the signatory of AEXEA – BULGARIA, is the Secretary General.

Apart from recognized prestige at European level membership of the Association entitles us to make valuations and draft expert reports, recognized and respected throughout Europe as required in the course of our work and in order to be able to service the requirements of our customers, general and specific alike. We draw on the professional expertise of over 90 experts.

FENIX is one of the originators, founders and owners of Stolitsa – United Agencies,  Ltd comprising six commissioner agencies with 14 representative offices at present, thus making the company the largest partner company in the real estate market in Bulgaria.

FENIX owns its own office premises or is party to long-term (often ten-year) lease agreements.

FENIX is an initiator and partisan of establishing a foundation for protection the monuments of culture together with specialists of NIMC-National  Institution for Monuments of the Culture, IKOMOS –  Bulgaria, Ministry of the Culture and the Museum of Sofia.
